Espresso Lab Microroasters is a speciality coffee roastery based at The Old Biscuit Mill, Woodstock, Cape Town.

Our quest is to find optimal ways in enjoying coffee, from sourcing the best green coffee, to finding the right roasting profiles and espresso techniques that will make the process from bean to cup a perfect one.

The "Espresso Lab" is equipped with the best and most technologically advanced equipment, which allows us to take the exploration of coffee to another level.

We roast coffee from single farms, estates and cooperatives and look to establish relationships with growers and exporters, always looking at sustainable, fair and equal trade.

We stand for experimentation and dialogue in all things related to coffee.
